1. Austenitic stainless steel and 304 stainless steel

Due to the particularity and differences of the application environment, the selection of materials for valve production must be very particular. Austenitic stainless steel and 304 stainless steel are both widely used stainless steel materials. The former has strong toughness and plasticity. Adding other elements such as sulfur and calcium can produce good cutting properties, while 304 stainless steel has more outstanding corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, so it is often used in kitchen wastewater waste residue pipelines and industrial wastewater treatment devices.

2. Heat-resistant steel and low-temperature resistant steel

The working environment temperature difference of stainless steel ball valves can be as high as 1000 degrees Celsius, the low temperature can be as low as -296 degrees Celsius, and the high temperature can reach more than 800 degrees Celsius. Therefore, which material of stainless steel valve is more durable depends on heat resistance and low temperature resistance. Pipe systems above 300 degrees Celsius use special heat-resistant steel, while low-temperature steel is suitable for temperatures between -29 and -296 degrees Celsius, of which -196 to -296 is an ultra-low temperature environment. The temperature resistance of valve materials is very important. In low-temperature environments, the brittleness of materials increases and the volume shrinks, which can easily lead to valve leakage.
