3. Quickly discharge the air and low-temperature condensed water in the device at startup to shorten the preheating operation time. When the steam is started, the steam supply pipeline and steam-using equipment are full of air, and steam cannot be supplied unless they are removed.

In addition, the initial cold condensed water generated by the equipment during the heating to the steam temperature must also be quickly discharged. This will enable the equipment to operate normally in a short time. Improvement of production efficiency, especially in intermittent production, can shorten the preheating time, shorten the operation time of each process, and increase the number of processes to increase output.
