The differences between 1 Piece Ball Valve and two-piece ball valves are as follows:
1. Disassembly difference:
One-piece ball valve is a Cantonese ball valve, and two-piece ball valve is easier to disassemble than one-piece ball valve.
2. Structural difference:
One-piece ball valve is fixed by a plug head, small size, reliable sealing, simple structure, easy maintenance. One-piece is reduced diameter, and the actual flow diameter is smaller than the thread diameter.
Two-piece ball valve is fixed by two valve bodies clamping the ball, maintenance is relatively complicated, the tightness of the middle bolt is critical, related to whether there is leakage. Two-piece ball valve is not suitable for high pressure.
