Working principle of stainless steel hard-sealed ball valve:

The spraying technology used on the surface of the stainless steel hard-sealed ball valve body can reach a high hardness of HRC78 through the treatment of various working conditions. The treatment of the valve seat sealing surface can reach a high hardness of HRC72. The ball and the valve seat are ground in pairs, and all sealing areas of the entire sealing surface of the ball valve are precisely ground. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil, coal, fiber, viscous and corrosive media, and media with particles. Stainless steel hard-sealed ball valves have two structures: floating ball and fixed ball. The metal seat ring contacts the spherical surface, and the uniform spring load on the seat ring forms a seal between the seat ring and the spherical surface. The auxiliary seal expands due to the spring load, achieving a seal between the valve body and the seat. The spring load is sufficient to provide a reliable seal between the seat and the ball. Under low pressure conditions, a sealing grease injection system can be designed between the seat sealing surface and the ball.
