Is The Sealing Performance Of The Electric High Platform Three-piece Ball Valve Reliable

The electric high-platform three-piece ball valve is in a pre-tightening state between the ball and the plastic sealing rings on the left and right sealing seats. When the medium at the inlet and outlet ends of the ball is at a low pressure difference, this pre-tightening force is sufficient to ensure reliable sealing performance at both ends of the three-piece ball valve. When the medium at the inlet and outlet ends of the ball valve is under high pressure difference conditions, the thrust of the high pressure difference pushes the floating ball and the left and right sealing seats, so that the plastic sealing rings on the left and right sealing seats are tightly attached to both sides of the ball. The pressing force between the ball and the plastic sealing ring increases with the increase of the pressure difference to form a self-tightening seal.

3 Piece Ball Valve adopts the principle of combining pre-tightening seal and self-tightening seal to achieve the characteristics of having two inlet and outlet seals under any pressure difference conditions.
