Introduction To The Differences Between Various Piece-type Ball Valves

Differentiate from the structure:
1 Piece Ball Valve is an integrated valve, which consists of a ball, a PTFE ring, and a locking nut. The diameter of the ball is slightly smaller than the diameter of the pipe, similar to the Cantonese ball valve.
The two-piece ball valve is composed of two parts, and the sealing effect is better than the one-piece ball valve. The diameter of the ball is the same as the diameter of the pipe, and it is easier to disassemble than the one-piece ball valve.
The three-piece ball valve is composed of three parts, the valve cover on both sides and the middle valve body. The three-piece ball valve is different from the two-piece ball valve and the one-piece ball valve in that it is easy to disassemble and repair.

Differentiate from the pressure:
The three-piece pressure resistance is much higher than the one-piece and two-piece ball valves. The main three-piece ball valve is fixed by four bolts on the outside, which plays a good tightening role. The precision casting valve body can reach a pressure of 1000psi≈6.9MPa. For higher pressure, a forged valve body is required.
