Installation steps of 1 Piece Ball Valve
1. Before installing the one-piece ball valve, you need to clean the impurities in the pipeline, and then check whether there are foreign objects in the valve body. If there are foreign objects, they need to be cleaned in time.
2. Check whether there is an arrow direction indication on the valve body of the one-piece ball valve. If there is an arrow direction indication, it should be installed in the indicated direction.
3. The one-piece ball valve ensures whether the pipeline is in a shutdown state.

Disassembly steps of the one-piece ball valve:
1. Confirm that the valve ball is in the "off" position, which can easily remove it from the valve body, and then remove the valve seat.
2. Push the valve stem downward from the center hole of the valve body until it is completely removed, and then remove the O-ring and the packing under the valve stem.
3. Disassemble the drive device-actuator, connecting bracket, anti-loosening washer, valve stem nut, butterfly spring, glam, anti-wear plate, valve stem packing in sequence.
4. Remove the body cover connecting bolts and nuts, separate the valve cover from the valve body, and remove the valve cover gasket.
5. Place the one-piece ball valve in a half-open position to flush out any hazardous substances that may be present inside and outside the valve body.
6. Close the ball valve, remove the connecting bolts and nuts on both flanges, and then remove the valve from the pipeline.
