High Platform Ball Valve Introduction And Advantages
The high platform ball valve has excellent sealing performance, large flow coefficient, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure and long service life. The high platform ball valve is maintenance-free, with excellent corrosion-resistant shell, visual position indicator and lightweight design. The mechanical friction of the high platform ball valve is Ra0.4-0.6, which can minimize friction and ensure the longest service life of the actuator. Smooth components ensure a low friction coefficient, thus avoiding metal-to-metal friction and extending the service life of the actuator. Each actuator is rotation tested and sealed before leaving the factory, and its service life exceeds one million times.
The high platform ball valve adopts a special high platform gauge, which is easy to install the actuator, there is an anti-static device between the valve stem and the valve body, the valve stem has an explosion-proof outlet device, and there is a pressure balance hole on the steel ball; the double stem packing and two disc fragment devices are stacked together. The valve stem leakage meets the German TUVTA-LUFT test requirements. The valve body has a device for cleaning the valve cavity.
Advantages of 2 Piece Ball Valve:
1. The ball valve with low fluid resistance has the lowest fluid resistance of all valves. Even if a ball valve with a smaller diameter is used, the fluid resistance is relatively small.
2. The thrust bearing can reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, thereby increasing the balance and flexibility of the valve stem for long-term operation.
3. The sealing performance of the valve seat is good, and the sealing ring made of PTFE and the like is easy to seal. As the medium pressure increases, the valve sealing ability of the ball valve also increases.
4. The valve stem is firmly sealed. Since the valve stem only rotates, and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is less likely to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. Since materials such as PTFE have excellent self-lubricating properties, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the life of the ball valve is long.
6. The raised step between the valve stem and the valve stem head installed at the bottom prevents the valve stem from blowing out. If the valve stem seal ring is damaged by a fire, the raised step and the valve body will also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal ring.
