Disassembly Steps Of One-piece Ball Valve

The disassembly steps of 1 Piece Ball Valve are as follows:
1. Confirm that the valve ball is in the "off" position, which can easily remove it from the valve body, and then remove the valve seat.
2. Push the valve stem downward from the center hole of the valve body until it is completely removed, and then remove the O-ring and the packing under the valve stem.
3. Remove the drive device-actuator, connecting bracket, anti-loosening washer, valve stem nut, butterfly spring, gnan, and valve stem packing in sequence.
4. Remove the body cover connecting bolts and nuts, separate the valve cover from the valve body, and remove the valve cover gasket.
5. Put the one-piece ball valve in the half-open position, flush and clean the hazardous substances that may exist inside and outside the valve body.
6. Close the ball valve, remove the connecting bolts and nuts on the flanges on both sides, and then remove the valve from the pipeline.
