The valve body and the jacket form the outer shell of the ball valve. The valve stem is installed on the middle hole on the upper part of the valve body. The upper end of the valve stem is connected to the drive device, and the lower end of the valve stem is connected to the ball. The middle hole of the valve body is filled with packing, and the packing is equipped with a lining ring and a flange. The valve body is equipped with a ball, a valve seat, a support ring and a sealing ring. The pipe is installed on the jacket. There are grooves on the valve body and the support ring. A sealing cavity is formed between the support ring and the valve body. A sealing ring is installed in the sealing cavity. A gasket with a conical section is installed behind the sealing ring. A screw plug is installed behind the gasket. A metal valve seat is installed on the adjustment pad. The driving device is a manual device, a worm gear transmission device, a pneumatic actuator or an electric actuator, the sealing ring is made of braided flexible graphite, and the adjustment pad is made of flexible graphite. After testing, the thermal insulation ball valve can be used under high temperature conditions within 425°C.
